Here’s an email I received from Doug Odell, who now works at Family Promise: “Tiffany Morris is the Family Promise Tenant staying at the Easter House. She is having difficulty keeping her yard mowed. I am trying to help her problem solve, and the options we came up with included reaching out to Holy Cross. I was thinking this might work better if it were referred to Faith in Action, or put in the email blast as a service opportunity. This time of year it’s a twice a month job if that.”
